How long does it take to approve an event submission?
We verify all events manually to ensure accuracy. Typically, events are reviewed and published within 24-48 hours. If we need more information, we will contact you via the email provided.
Can I edit my event after it's published?
Yes. Please reply to the confirmation email you received upon submission, or send a request to support@frostline.ca with your event ID and the changes required.
Is there a fee to list charity events?
No. All non-profit and community charity events can be listed on FrostLine for free. Select "Community/Charity" in the event category when submitting.
